This afternoon, i am gonna to have my 3rd Tennis lesson.
actually it is playing with my netfriends on the tennis ground.
in order to be professional, I prepared tennis outfit and tennis shoes.
heheh, but, really look forward to tomorrow’s practice, the young and eye-pleasing coach.

站在沙河名商俱乐部的网球场上，
阿布师傅第一句话就是：忘记你以前所学的一切。现在， 我开始教你。
感觉很好。
估计我打的也不错。 练了一下准备动作之后，阿布老师就开始扔球给我打了。
小赖说，阿布是免费教我们的，我们只要出场地费和饮料费就可以。
天下竟有如此美好的事情，自己都感到有点亏欠人家什么似的，总想着，哪天我们一定要请阿布吃饭。

The following is the resignation letter from Steve Jobs to the Apple board:
CUPERTINO, Calif.–August 24, 2011–To the Apple Board of Directors and the Apple Community:
I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know.
Unfortunately, that day has come.
I hereby resign as CEO of Apple. I would like to serve, if the Board sees fit, as Chairman of the Board, director and Apple employee.
As far as my successor goes, I strongly recommend that we execute our succession plan and name Tim Cook as CEO of Apple.
I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it. And I look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.
I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you all for the many years of being able to work alongside you.

但是，调整前，一定要考虑，是要短期效益还是长期效益？
业务方向突然调整，会影响公司业绩增长速度吗？
部门职能和结构调整，是长期还是短期会收益?
人员职位和职位调整，人员在情绪和工作积极性上，能否配合工作，能力是否胜任？
几年前， 就对《组织行为学》产生兴趣，
可惜当时没时间， 也不太看得懂。
上周，去中心书城买《营销师》的书，结果书城不卖此类书，反倒是又看到了《组织行为学》，便买了下来， 一发不可收拾地，要仔细看完。
最要紧是， 要会用。
